I am a retired member of the military, who left the Canadian Armed Forces in 2001 following an injury sustained during a mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995. Since then, I have chosen to turn this transition into a driving force. My journey has been one of constant adaptation, where my experience in the field has become a springboard for building, structuring and passing on knowledge.
I have been a trainer and entrepreneur since 1998, and have worked as a business consultant for over 20 years; I am also a certified NOVA Global profiles analyst. My expertise lies in strategic ideation, training and supporting entrepreneurs.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings – from corporate environments to fieldwork, development and communications – always adopting the same approach : Understand, organise, move forward. Today, through the NEXT MISSION program, I’m putting this experience to work for veterans, to support them in their transition to entrepreneurship and help them build their next mission.
