Term and conditions
This policy governs participation in the Next Mission program and complements the contracts signed by clients.
1. Registration and confirmation
A participant’s registration is considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met :
- The application form is completed;
- The introductory call is conducted (if applicable);
- The participant is accepted into the program;
- The participation agreement is signed; and
- The payment terms are confirmed.
The Next Mission program reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the program’s requirements.
2. Attendance and participation
Participants acknowledge that their success depends on their active involvement. They agree to :
- Attend all scheduled sessions;
- Actively participate in virtual or in-person training sessions;
- Adhere to the schedule;
- Complete the required exercises; and
- Notify their trainer or the Next Mission program administration in the event of a planned absence.
Individual coaching sessions must be attended. Any absence or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
For training sessions and individual coaching sessions, the participant is responsible for having :
- A functional computer with a camera, microphone, and adequate internet connection; and
- An appropriate work environment free from distractions.
3. Cancellation and refund request
Any cancellation request made after the candidate has registered must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the program : 90% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start of the program : 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances and upon approval by the Next Mission program management.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the program : No refund, except in exceptional circumstances and upon approval by the Next Mission program management.
- Cancellation after the program begins : No refund, except in exceptional circumstances and upon approval by the Next Mission program management. No refund will be granted for modules and coaching sessions already completed, materials already provided to the participant (including, but not limited to, the welcome kit and course materials), access to the platform, etc.
Any applicable refund will be processed within 30 business days.
4. Cohort deferral
The Next Mission program may, at its discretion, defer a participant to a future cohort or offer a training credit.
5. Confidentiality among participants
Each participant agrees to protect the confidentiality of meetings and discussions that take place as part of the Next Mission program. Each participant agrees not to use, reproduce, or disclose to third parties the project ideas of other participants, including (but not limited to) :
- Business ideas
- Concepts
- Strategies
- Financial information
- Discussions
6. Protection of participants’ ideas
The Next Mission program is committed to protecting the confidentiality of meetings and discussions that take place within the program. The Next Mission program agrees not to :
- Use a participant’s idea for its own benefit.
- Disclose participants’ concepts to third parties.
- Reproduce a participant’s business model.
Each participant remains responsible for protecting their trademarks, patents, and other legal rights.
7. Limitations on professional advice
The Next Mission program offers training, coaching, strategic guidance, and entrepreneurial tools. The services provided by the Next Mission program do not constitute regulated professional advice and are not a substitute for such professional services (including, but not limited to) :
- Attorney
- Notary
- Accountant
- Tax specialist
- Financial planner
- Regulatory consultant
- Other specialized professionals
Each participant remains responsible for consulting the appropriate professionals based on their specific situation.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the Next Mission program remains its exclusive property. Each participant agrees not to resell, reproduce, redistribute, teach, or widely share the content (in whole or in part) of the program. This includes (but is not limited to) :
- Documents
- Videos
- Training materials
- Tools
- Financial models
- Presentations
- Methods
9. Code of conduct
The Next Mission program maintains a professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited :
- Harassment
- Intimidation
- Discrimination
- Abusive behavior
- Breach of confidentiality
In the event of a serious breach, the Next Mission program may terminate a participant’s enrollment without refund.
10. Force majeure
The Next Mission program cannot be held liable for events beyond its control that affect program delivery. This includes (but is not limited to) :
- Natural disaster
- Major outage
- Medical emergency
- Technology outage
11. Acceptance
By participating in the program, each participant acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
